One of the biggest obstacles to getting any site up and running in a prudent amount of time is usually outside of my control. It’s content. I design your presence, but I don’t know what you know. Since I’m picking up somewhere between 1 and 3 new projects (probably 3) I decided I should take the time to identify some questions to generate content. This is the beta outline
I want this to be as simple as possible, but cover all the ground for a schema.

1Good luck with this part of your projects.
Sometimes you’re just going to have to be a prick to these people, especially if the content does not already exist. You’ve got to be a good “closer” to get the content from the stakeholders.
What I would do is set up a demonstration site for your business — with that form already filled out from your business’ standpoint.
