		<description>Windows wireless zero configuration is a service; it can load before before the logon dialog.  Not familiar w/ the Intel software, but I&#039;ve used proprietary software w/ other cards and they can&#039;t load until a user logs in -- so the machine has no network connectivity until after someone logs in w/ cached credentials.  You must have joined to the domain while logged in, so the Intel software was running.</description>
