If you are using TuneUp Utilities 2009 or 2010 in conjunction with the best multi-computer file sync program Dropbox, you may be wondering why your Dropbox tray icon keeps disapearing every 3 days.

It seems that TuneUp sees Dropbox as something needing to be fixed, and since Dropbox has no Program Files entry, the whole thing goes away.

Supposedly TuneUp Utilities is working on a fix, but so far, no luck.
